Thursday was the last possible chance for reappointment of Parole Commissioners Tena Pate and Cassandra Jenkins. Gov. Rick Scott and the Cabinet reappointed Pate with little fanfare but did not confirm Jenkins or discuss any of the other four applicants for her position, asking instead for "more qualified candidates."
