WATER… The Department of Environmental Protection will continue taking public comment over the implementation of SB 536, which requires DEP to conduct a study on the expansion of the use of reclaimed water, stormwater and excess surface water in the state. The meeting will take place 1 p.m. at Gulf Coast State College in Panama City.
