A House committee on Wednesday approved a proposal to repeal a moratorium on new nursing homes, giving the plan its second unanimous vote this week.
The Health Innovation Subcommittee voted 9-0 on a strike-all amendment replacing HB 287 with SB 268. And the House sponsor expects to have the proposal ready for the floor in early March.
