Vehicle registration and driver’s license fees will be cut by nearly $395 million per year under legislation that passed unanimously in the Senate on Tuesday.
The cuts are Gov. Rick Scott’s top priority, who advocated for more than $400 million in vehicle fee cuts in his budget proposal.
