A Senate committee plans to vote on a telemedicine bill at its next meeting Feb. 18. Members of the Senate Health Policy Committee on Tuesday took testimony from doctors, hospitals and medical groups about a proposal to provide the regulatory framework for telemedicine in Florida but said more time is needed to get the proposal's "language right."
