Top Florida elected officials threw fingers at one another Thursday as a partisan blame game played out over two of the top issues currently plaguing residents: flood insurance rate hikes and unemployment benefit delays.
Democratic lawmakers slammed Gov. Rick Scott for sidestepping blame for a new unemployment claims system that has resulted in lengthy delays for thousands of jobless Floridians.
