Among the more than 150 documents, photos and memorabilia in a time capsule buried outside of the R.A. Gray Building is the two-front attack Florida waged against the Affordable Care Act at the U.S. Supreme Court. The time capsule was sealed Tuesday as part of Viva Florida's commemoration of the Spanish discovery of the state 500 years ago. It includes items submitted by all 67 Florida counties, cabinet officials and legislative leaders.
