Florida sees record state parks attendance in FY 2012-13

Florida's state parks received 21.6 million visitors in fiscal year 2012-13, breaking the previous record set in FY 2008-09 by 164,341. 

Gov. Rick Scott touted the economic impact of park attendance while Audubon Florida's Eric Draper says it shows the need to buy more land for parks and not sell off what the state has.
