Chairman Ronald Brisé and Commissioner Art Graham were among six finalists recommended Wednesday to Gov. Rick Scott for two seats on the Public Service Commission.
The PSC Nominating Council, meeting in Orlando, also recommended Frank H. Stubbs III, Donald J. Polmann, James S. Baumstark and former state Rep. Ken Littlefield, R-Wesley Chapel.
