Gov. Rick Scott told award-winning state employees Wednesday night the state is headed in the right direction and said they deserve a great deal of credit for that.
"What I appreciate is how hard state employees work," he said. "They put in a lot of hours, they're committed to a mission and they're very focused on results. They're just a great group of people."
